Liz has been by far the best! She was extremely patient, professional, personable, and genuine. The first day we met, it literally felt like we'd known each other for years. My partner and I were new to the area, from California, and had many aprehensions about moving to Maryland. Liz assured us that she'd take care of us and make sure we'd find the perfect. Liz surely delivered on her promises and we found "THE HOUSE" the first day... Unbelievable. We expected to take the entire week to search for our home but we nailed it the first day. From there we did everything else remotely from California and the entire process was as smooth as butter, Liz kept us well informed and took care of all the loose ends. Start to Finish, she was a super-Star. We've been in our home since September and we still keep in touch with Liz. We give Liz Osborn our highest recommendation. We were first time home buyers who didn’t know anything about the area or buying a home. offered to take us around town. We couldn’t have been luckier to have found Liz, because as a local who has lived all around the town, she is passionate about Annapolis and understands the area and its communities with the highest level of expertise. Liz never made us feel obligated to work with her, but from the first day we met her, it was never a question in our minds that we wanted to work with someone who was so passionate about the area that we wanted to make our home.
During our house hunt, Liz’s other qualities quickly became obvious. Liz was never pushy and always supportive and accommodating. She never tried to encourage us out of our price range (in fact, she worked really hard to find us some great houses that were well below our max budget). We never felt rushed and always felt like we were her top priority. We met with Liz over 10 times over the period of 5 months to tour homes in various areas of Annapolis. She provided us with very valuable insights regarding school districts, community amenities, re-sale potential, construction quality, and guided us on the positives and potential negatives of the properties we toured. These visits were always over the weekend, per our request, and she would always take us to every house that we requested to see, and then she would take us to others that she thought would be of interest of us. Sometimes we saw over 10 houses in a one visit. She sacrificed a significant amount of her time to accommodate us, yet was always cheerful, positive, happy, and professional throughout every single visit. It’s obvious that Liz truly loves her job.
A phone call or email never went unanswered for more than a few hours tops; in fact most correspondences were replied to within minutes. Her responses and follow-ups were always thorough in nature, ensuring that she answered our questions with great detail. When we finally decided to submit an offer, it became evident that Liz was not only a strong negotiator, but an expert at all things related to offers, inspections, and closing. She reviewed and clearly explained every document that we were signing. She translated the inspector’s feedback in way that was clear to us. I can honestly say that every single question we had, she had an answer for.
Thanks to Liz, our first home is our dream home and below our max budget, and the entire home buying experience was very enjoyable. We truly cannot put into words how appreciative we are of her efforts, professionalism, expertise, and personal touch over the last several months. It’s no surprise to us that Liz gets most of her clients by way of personal recommendation. We have already recommended her to several potential buyers.

We just recently purchased a home working with Liz Osborn and it was an awesome experience. We happened to meet her at an open house, Liz has a great personality and also great follow through.
What impressed me about Liz were simple things that may be lost with the real estate industry. My husband and I had been searching for a home for a few months and our requirements were different, I guess you can call us the yin and yang on specific needs or somewhat difficult buyers. From the start, I noticed Liz would provide us with the best of both worlds. She followed up shortly after our first of many calls with a list of homes for us to look through, this wasn’t a long list she had already vetted the list for us (which was a huge plus as past experiences had us vetting our own lists). We quickly setup times for showings and I have to say her flexibility and ability to take initiative was impressive. On our first day we had 5 homes to look at, however Liz had already taken the initiative to add 2 other homes in the same neighborhood addressing our needs that had just been listed the night before (again, another plus, saving us the time and effort). Good houses always sell quickly and timing is critical in seeing & contracting so I was glad to see the Liz had taken the initiative to keep an eye on the market the ENTIRE time.
We did not find a home on the first, second or third try but Liz was patient and worked with us to drill down after each meeting on our needs and next steps. During the contracting process she was through and responsive on having everything happen on time. We had a quick 30 day close and Liz showed flexibility and professionalism to help get everything complete by closing dates. I would recommend Liz to anyone, we consider her a friend and frankly will miss seeing her now that we have found a house. We know the next time we look for a home we will work with Liz as she was a good negotiator, researcher, and knowledgeable on the market and most of all, catered to our needs for a home. We are not 1 st time home buyers and have worked with 4 different realtors through our journey of homes in the past years, Liz was the first realtor I recommended to a friend (whom by the way found a home on the first day out), I will happily recommend Liz to anyone else, you really get the most working with her.
